Redeployment procedure


If following redeployment to avoid redundancy, an employee in a Government post prior to 1 April 2016 moves from an IOM Government employer to the PSC, the terms and conditions of employment that will be offered will be those applicable to PSC employees who were in post at 31 March 2016, but subject to any restrictions imposed by the Employment Act 2006 in respect of continuity of service.
