Facilities for Trade Union activities

The Public Services Commission Facilities Agreement 2015, between the Public Services Commission and Prospect and Unite sets down:
- the facilities to be given to accredited representatives of Prospect and Unite (including reasonable paid time off work to conduct Prospect and Unite business in certain circumstances) and
- facilities to be granted to Prospect and Unite members for Prospect and Unite business (including the possible use of official premises)
