Consultation

Notwithstanding the establishment of the JNC, its constitution does not preclude the possibility of informal meetings taking place from time to time between the Public Services Commission and Prospect and Unite for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual interest or concern raised by either party, which fall outside the scope of the JNC.
