Civil servants may be superannuated under the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or such other Scheme as may be determined from time to time through the Isle of Man Civil Service Joint Negotiating Committee.

Full copies of Schemes are available for inspection at the Public Sector Pensions Authority and any specific queries regarding their provisions should be made directly to the Public Sector Pensions Authority. The provisions of the relevant pension scheme in force at the time that the civil servant wishes to retire will apply.
