Talent Pool

The Talent Pool is a new way of recruiting into some of our roles such as:

• Service Support Officers
• Lunchtime Assistants
• Assistant Youth Workers

Instead of advertising each of our jobs individually, we are continually looking for great candidates to join our Talent Pools. It means you only need to apply once and we will look for jobs where you best match the requirements of the role.

We appreciate that not every role will be quite what you're looking for. Once you are in a Talent Pool, we will always ask your permission before putting you forward for a vacancy.
