    Please note that during the coronavirus outbreak the Council of Ministers has agreed to suspend the timescales set out in the Handling Correspondence Guidance.  This does not prevent you from contacting a Department, Board or Office, however whilst Departments, Boards and Offices face an unprecedented workload and respond to the pandemic you may receive a response to your correspondence outside of the timescales set out in the guidance.
