Using PiP For Me for the first time

Step 1

Log onto PiP For Me

Step 2

At the top of the screen you will see the following menu bar:

Click on Personal to check that your personal details are correct.

This also includes your:

• contact information
• emergency contacts
• bank details

Make any changes to your personal details that you need to make

Note: If you submit mileage claims, you must add your details of your vehicle under Private Vehicles (see how to add a vehicle for mileage claims for more information)

Step 4

Click on Absence to check your annual leave entitlement is correct and add any leave you may have already booked/taken in the current leave year

Step 5

Click on Pay & Benefits to see any payslips that have already been created through PiP For Me

Step 6

Click on Employment to check that the details of your current role are correct (see how to check my employment details)

If you have any queries or concerns regarding your PiP For Me profile and information contained within it either speak to your line manager or contact the OHR PiP Helpdesk

Step 7

Log off PiP For Me if you are finished with the system
