Upload receipts
You must save a scanned copy of your receipts on the computer you are using for PiP For Me or in your network folder if you have one
Step 1
Log onto PiP For Me and from the menu at the top of the screen click on Pay & Benefits
Step 2
Under Time & Expenses either click on Add claim to create a new expenses claim or click on the paperclip for a draft claim that you have already created (see how to complete a new expenses claim)
Uploading to a new expenses claim
Step 1
Click Submit
Step 2
Click on plus sign for Receipt attachments
Step 3
Select Receipt from the Receipt type drop down arrow
Step 4
Click Choose file and follow the onscreen prompts to find your scanned receipt(s)
Step 5
Click Open on the file window
Step 6
If you are ready, Submit your claim
When you click Submit a claim you are required to complete an onscreen declaration (see how to submit a claim)
Note: Submitting your claim sends an authorisation task to your line manager for them to approve it. Until your line manager approves your claim you will not receive payment for your expenses.
Step 7
Log off PiP For Me now if you are finished with the system
Warning: Be aware of keeping your information confidential, especially if you are using PiP for Me in an open or public place
Uploading to a draft expenses claim
Step 1
Click on the paperclip for your draft claim
Step 2
Click Add at the bottom of the screen
Step 3
Enter a Document name (for example: Car Park Ticket April 18)
Step 4
Select Receipt from the Document type drop down arrow
Step 5
Click Choose file and follow the onscreen prompts to find your scanned receipt(s)
Step 6
Click Open on the file window
Step 7
If you are ready, Submit your claim
