Change my personal details

Step 1

Log onto PiP For Me and from the menu at the top of the screen click on Personal

Step 2

Under My personal details click on the Personal details card

Step 3

Make the changes you need to make on the Personal details screen

Step 4

If you have any paperwork confirming the change (for example: deed poll, marriage certificate) click on the paperclip on the Personal details card to attach a copy see how do attach a document

Step 5

Click Save

Note: Making changes to your personal details will trigger an authorisation task for your line manager

Step 6

Log off PiP For Me now if you are finished with the system
