Submit a claim

Step 1

Log onto PiP For Me and from the menu at the top of the screen click on Pay & Benefits

Step 2

Under Time & Expenses either click on Add claim to create a new claim or click on the paperclip for a draft claim that you have already created

Step 3

Click Submit

Note: You must upload copies of any receipts for your expenses by clicking on Receipt attachments (for more information see how to upload receipts)

Step 4

Review details on claim submission

Step 5

Enter your Pip For Me password on the screen

Step 6

Click Submit

Note: Submitting your claim sends an authorisation task to your line manager for them to approve it. Until your line manager approves your claim you will not receive payment for your expenses. Please refer to the Cut off date on the declaration screen which will give you an indication of whether you have met the deadline the next pay run. Pay run deadlines will also be published on Company News.

Step 7

Log off PiP For Me now if you are finished with the system
