People qualities

The Isle of Man Government People Qualities have been designed as a framework to support positive personal development for every individual within the organisation. 

The triangular framework represents the need to balance the Capability of an individual – their form and ability to deliver tasks – with their Character – their personality and level of emotional intelligence – in order to create genuine Credibility. These are known as the 3 Cs.
