The training opportunities available whilst working for Government I feel are fantastic. The team at LEaD do a great job. I am looking forward to developing my leadership and management skills within the next 12 months and feel this will provide me with the skills I need to develop professionally and apply for a more senior/leadership role within IOM Government. 

Coaching and Mentoring Service

The coaching and mentoring service provides you with an opportunity to talk to one of our experienced coaches, develop yourself, and set your own goals to make the most of every session and your career within the Public Service.

During your coaching sessions you will have the opportunity to talk about how you are feeling about work, as well as identify and achieve your full personal and professional potential. This service is also ideal for new and aspiring managers to hone and develop your skills.

Our trusted coaches are there to listen, to support, and to enable you to achieve your full potential throughout your career.

No matter what you would like to be coached or mentored in, our aim is to support Isle of Man Government staff both now and in the future through a responsive, easy to access service.
