Operations Team – Assemble!

Most of you will have spoken to or emailed one of us in the team at some time. The team is made up of team manager Sam, Lorna, Charl and Teresa - our three Ops Support Officers and Fiona our eDesigner. We’re the ones that will help you when you’ve emailed the elearnvanninhelp@gov.im and lead@gov.im inboxes.  

We’ve experienced lots of things along the way. From ceiling collapses (when we were located in Goldie House), power cuts and fire alarms (the fire alarms were mostly accidental), so we’re always ready for challenges with steadfast commitment to ensure your learning experience and your visit here at the Lodge is exceptional.
