For those with long memories, we have been known as the Employee Development Division, Public Sector Training, the Learning Organisation and Development Division and finally Learning Education and Development (LEaD).

The Operational Support team are the glue that holds LEaD together! We ensure you have the environment, resources and support required to ensure your learning experience is the best it can be.

We are the first line of contact for LEaD. Always happy to provide you with information regarding our services, including our courses and to support you with our eLearning platform, eLearn Vannin.

We can assist you with bookings for any of our courses and with enquiries regarding the use of the Lodge for any business meetings.

Our skilled team are also the architects of all eLearning content for LEaD which can be located on eLearn Vannin in our Learning Pathways.
