Here at LEaD, I: Support the design and delivery of training based on the needs of the organisation. These will be courses you see on the prospectus as well at bespoke training that is requested by managers.
Due to my background within the Office of Human Resources, I often support learning related to HR and Management as well as other areas within the Skills Pathway. I am also an Insights Discovery Practitioner which is used as a tool used to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.
