Here at LEaD, I:  Support the design and delivery of training based on the needs of the organisation. These will be courses you see on the prospectus as well as bespoke training that is requested by managers.

I am a qualified teacher and worked within a local secondary school for 5 years before embarking on a career within Social Services Family Support.  This role expanded my learning and development significantly in the 6 years I was employed there.  Now working in LEaD, I am looking forward to building and expanding on my learning and development and have thoroughly enjoyed being back in the role of teacher and facilitator for the courses that we run here.

Ask me about: Training needs analysis, Communication, LEaD Learning Pathway,

I joined LEaD in: November 2019

What I Love at LEaD: I love the friendly, relaxed but professional environment that LEaD provides.  The team are warm and inviting and it is a fun place to work.

Mastermind Topic: You wouldn’t want me on your quiz team!
