Here at LEaD, I: Support the design and delivery of training based on the needs of the organisation. These will be courses you see on the prospectus as well at bespoke training that is requested by managers.

I enjoy the challenge and variety of supporting all the learning that LEaD offers. I have a particular interest in Train the Trainer, Coaching, Resilience and Well Being. I am an accredited trainer in MAPA (Management of Aggressive & Challenging behaviour in the workplace), Healthy Worker and ASIST (Applied Suicide Prevention) delivery.
