Here at LEaD, I: I carry out research to support and inform cross-government projects. I perform analysis, mainly on data, but also cultural diagnostics. I read, analyse and ask a lot of questions!
I undertake Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and feedback to support recruitment and retention across the public service. I’m also a Job Evaluation and Grading Support (JEGS) analyst for the Office of Human Resources. I’m an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
