Review of the Office of Human Resources, Isle of Man Government

In a statement in May 2022, the Chief Minister committed to an external review of the Office of Human Resources (OHR) amongst other actions. 

The review was commissioned later that year, involved significant consultation over a period of months, and was concluded in May 2023. 

As directed by Tynwald, the review report is now published (see below).

Initial action is under way. A fully developed response is being prepared, with the benefit of input from the recently appointed Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer for the Cabinet Office, both of whom arrived in post in November 2023. It will be available by April 2024.
